If your R&R Custom rod should every fail due to a flaw in the workmanship or construction we will replace or repair at our discretion your rod for a nominal fee.
Each blank R&R offers carries there own specific warranty program and a copy of this warranty will be included in with each rod that leaves the shop.
If you feel that the failure is due to a manufacturer’s defect, R&R Custom Rods will work with you in contacting and dealing with the manufacturer. Once a replacement blank is receive by us or the client, R&R Custom Rods will gladly rewrap your rod. Prior to any work being done R&R Custom Rods will provide you in writing a full cost estimate
R&R Custom Rods warranty does not cover failure due to damage caused by workmanship of others, damage due to misuse, neglect, normal wear or the natural degrading of materials.
